Overview: BILL`s mother, FONG, comes to Hong Kong from Taiwan. She asks BILL to lend her money so as to save his brother of his father's second wife. The required amount is tremendous. BILL is vexed. LEUNG asks TIM to bribe BILL so that he would provide him the city planning information. TIM follows LEUNG`s instruction. BILL refuses resolutely. BILL finds out that his good friend as well as his teacher, KIN, also receive bribe. He is very upset. HANG discovers that he has fallen in love with WAI. WAI refuses him. WAI could then realize that she still misses BILL.
